one characteristic of synergy that's really fantastic the size that small which means that you know you're able to have a more personal relationship with the students and the teachers you know they told the students individually and really understand no needs and can help them and so it's it's like a family atmosphere and more of a community I really love this year so I I told him that I've worked in many schools before but the energy that they bring an the responses in like their unique life lifestyle sometime like it it just brings in like a new like every. Is different I really like my experience I definitely feel that sense of like family because Staples small amount of students that there is I feel like we really get it attention by our teachers and especially since there's not a lot of kids we usually get really close to each other and we help each other out through a lot of stuff as well for a lot of our students is a first time for them to look at finances I very thoroughly they get to work on a project building their own business plan and marketing plan to finance plan and isn't about making them learn certain things about getting them excited to one I think the other thing that's great about Synergy to is the stem and Engineering Focus so students who really want to carry that on into college we have several students for doing that teachers that care for you and they are willing to stay with you and help you with anything that you need anything that you don't really fully understand they're there for you and they provide a lot of resources to Doreen and I just cuz it's a good school but I think it's a type of school a lot of children especially coming up and it's Eric meet they need for other like people outside of their family to show them to be responsible they need to see that people care about them and want them to be successful and that they're not like a paycheck that they're actually important and these pictures are here every day because they want to be here for y'all for the students and the families when I hope that our students get out of their education here number one is to understand that they can do things and maybe they'd I think that they could before and then if they go out into the world that they always remember to look back and pull someone after them because that's so important be mentors for students that are coming after them and pull them to the top also
