Community Resource Fair for Responsible Pet Ownership

You are invited to attend Synergy Kinetic Academy's Community Resource Fair for Responsible Pet Ownership, on Saturday, June 16th from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on the SKA campus.  This event is our student council's service learning project and is funded by the National Council of La Raza.

Kinetic students worked very hard to identify an issue in their community, research its causes, and plan an educational experience for the community that addresses the issue.  In this case, the students chose to respond to the over abundance of stray animals that roam the neighborhood.  Student council members reached out to community organizations and invited them to come to the fair to educate the community about the spay, neuter, and vaccination services they offer.  Students have also organized an art and writing contest for Kinetic students, the winning entries of which will be displayed at the fair.
