We Pay to Clear Your Credential! Unlike many districts and charter school organizations, Synergy pays for 100% of teachers' Beginning Teacher Support and Assessment (BTSA) induction program fees or SPED clearing program fees in order to help teachers obtain clear teaching credentials.

Interested in Teaching? We have a Pathway to help you become a Teacher!Synergy will pay for the credentialing program for strong teaching candidates who do not have a credential. If we have a teaching position available and we offer it to you, we help get you the proper permit and/or help get you enrolled into an intern program and pay for the program!
